Calvary's Children's Ministry is committed to preparing children for a lifetime of following Jesus Christ. Our goal is to provide infants to teens with age-appropriate teaching within a nurturing, safe environment that mirrors the love of Jesus. We have Sunday School Lessons and Children's Church for children of all ages.

Calvary's Children's Ministry consists of:

Nursery

Calvary provides a nursery room for our babies during Sunday worship service at 10:00 a.m. This room allows mothers to participate in worship while caring for their baby at the same time. It is equipped with a one-way mirror and complete, volume-controlled sound system. Our purpose is to nurture each child during their stay and to share God's love with them.

Toddlers (2 to 3 years old)

Preschool (4 to 5 years old)

Calvary’s preschool class offers age-appropriate Bible teachin../navth a whole lot of fun. Children are never too young to begin to learn God's Word. We emphasize Jesus' love through Bible lessons, songs, crafts, and activities.

Children's Ministry (Class 1: 6 to 7 years old, Class 2: 8 to 9 years old, Class 3: 10 to 11 years old)

The Children's ministry is dedicated to teaching children about God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit through Bible-based teaching and scripture using curriculum from the main Calvary Chapel.

This curriculum provides a key point message for each week such as faith, forgiveness, and obedience. It is tailored to the appropr../nav group and highly structured. The lessons consist of scripture stories, scripture reading, question & answers, praying, posters, singing, dramatization, and crafts.

In addition to this, our Children’s Ministry also focuses on the individual child. Every child needs to feel valued. This is accomplished by encouraging participation, knowing each child's name, age, and family members as well as providing special attention and prayer as required.
